The Sathu Residences
The Sathu Residences are a limited set of 22 minimalist-inspired, exclusive freehold condominiums, completed and Ready to move in since 2012. All sold out.
The units have extraordinary space starting at 270 square metres for City and River units and 540 square metres for a double configuration.
They provide unparalleled privacy. On a quiet road about 700 metres north of Rama III, they are set in a large private walled garden planted with mature trees. The 22 units are arranged over 12 of the building’s 15 floors. There are at most two units per floor and every unit has its own private lift lobby.
Inside, the ceilings are exceptionally high with a minimium of 3.2 metres throughout. The exterior walls are lined with custom oversized windows that run from floor to celing and give breathtaking panoramic views of the city, the riverside and the Bang Kachao nature reserve and along the full length of Bangkok’s new Bhumibol Bridge.
The design of The Sathu Residences allows each room to let go of any attachment to superfluous detail or decoration. What remains is an elegant combination of luxury, simplicity and equanimity that draws influence from both Eastern and Western minimalist traditions.
